Warranty for Watches
At Saturn Watches, our goal is to provide premium service at the best possible pricing. Since we do not follow the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) and are not affiliated with specific brands as authorized dealers, we are unable to offer manufacturer warranties.
However, we understand the importance of after-sale assurance when purchasing a watch. Therefore, Saturn Watches proudly offers its own one (1) year limited warranty on all timepieces sold through saturnwatches.com.
One (1) Year Warranty – Saturn Watches Guarantee
Your watch is warranted by Saturn Watches for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers movement, hands, and dial under normal use conditions. It applies only if:

You present a valid receipt.

You provide the warranty card with dealer stamp included at the time of purchase.
If any of the covered components prove defective due to materials or workmanship, Saturn Watches will repair the issue free of charge.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:

Battery, case, crystal/glass, bracelet/strap, bezel, crown/stem, screws, clasps/buckles, or cosmetic finishes.

Normal wear and tear.
-
Water or moisture damage.
-
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or neglect.

Watches with modifications or repairs done by third-party service centers.

Watches used outside the manufacturer’s original water-resistance guidelines.
-
Watches labeled water-resistant with screw-down crowns that were not properly secured.

Lost or missing stones or decorative gems on the watch or dial.
-
Excessive signs of physical damage, dents, or abuse.
Any watch returned under warranty must not show signs of unauthorized repairs or external damage, otherwise the warranty will be void.
Warranty & Repair Requests
To request a warranty repair, please send the following to our authorized service center:

The watch itself (do not send original packaging – it will not be returned).

A copy of your original invoice or order receipt.

Your warranty card with dealer stamp.

A short written description of the issue.
Customers are responsible for all courier and return shipping charges. We strongly recommend insured shipping to avoid loss or damage in transit. Saturn Watches is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Out-of-Warranty Service
If your watch needs repair and is not covered under warranty, our service center will evaluate and provide a quote based on the style and type of work required. Charges may vary and are subject to change.
Important Notes

The warranty booklet is not a substitute for the official warranty card.

Warranty is only valid for orders placed from 1st November 2021 onwards.

This warranty is extended solely to watches purchased through Saturn Watches and is non-transferable.
Legal Disclaimer
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Saturn Watches shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or malfunction of the product, even if we have been advised of such possibilities.
In any case, Saturn Watches’ liability shall not exceed the repair cost or the original purchase price of the watch.
