Saturn Watches – Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Saturn Watches, we prioritize customer satisfaction and quality. If you encounter a manufacturing defect or technical issue, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes:

  • Change of mind, disliking the design, or realizing the size isn’t suitable (dial or strap) will not be considered valid reasons for return or exchange.

  • A 5% transaction fee applies to refunds for payments made via online payment methods or card machines.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • Returned items must be shipped via insured ground service with a valid tracking number.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Eligibility Criteria for Return or Exchange:

A product is eligible if:

  • It is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • It is in unused and new condition.

  • It is in its original packaging with no damage.

  • It includes all manuals, accessories, tags, and any other included items.

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Exclusions – Returns/Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted If:

  • You’ve simply changed your mind or found a lower price elsewhere.

  • The item was a gift, and the recipient doesn’t want it.

  • Size issues arise (e.g., strap too big or dial too small).

  • Product was purchased under discounts, promotions, or bank offers (these are non-returnable).

  • Packaging is damaged or any parts (manuals, tags, etc.) are missing.

  • There are signs of wear, use, or damage.

Warranty Terms:

Warranty can only be claimed with a valid Saturn Watches warranty card. The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Bands, straps, batteries, or glass.

  • Surface embellishments like crystals.

  • Water damage or damage due to mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

"Like New" Watches:

Items listed as “Like New” may have minor scratches, expired leather straps, or may lack original boxes due to sourcing from overseas. These items are inspected for functionality, but returns/exchanges are not accepted for cosmetic imperfections. Please purchase with understanding.

Perfume Sales:

Perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, under all circumstances. Please confirm your selection before ordering.

Bank Discount Orders:

  • Valid only for specific banks and card types.

  • Cannot be combined with other offers.

  • These orders are non-returnable.

  • If exchanged, the bank discount will be removed.
