  • “Parties” refers to both you (the client) and us (the company).

2. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours.

  • Full COD available for orders below PKR 5,000.

  • 10% advance required for orders above PKR 5,000.

  • 50% advance required for orders above PKR 10,000.

  • We reserve the right to deny COD if:

    • The address is incomplete or unverifiable.

    • The delivery location is outside COD service areas.

Bank Transfer

  • For bank transfers, customers must deposit the full amount and share the payment slip via WhatsApp at 0320-8680155

  • In case of cancellation after advance payment, a 10% deduction applies to cover administrative and transaction fees.

Debit/Credit Card

  • Payments are subject to approval by the payment gateway and may take 1–3 working days.

  • In case of suspicious activity, we reserve the right to:

    • Request identity/payment verification.

    • Cancel the order without prior notice.

  • If your card transaction is cancelled due to suspected fraud, you may seek a chargeback through your bank.

3. Delivery & Availability

  • Product availability is not guaranteed, even if shown as “In Stock”.

  • You will be informed if your selected item becomes unavailable after order placement.

4. Bank Discount Terms

  • Discounts apply only to selected banks/cards.

  • Not combinable with other promotions.

  • Orders placed using bank discounts:

    • Cannot be returned.

    • Will have the discount removed in case of exchange.

5. Watch Reservations

  • Full non-refundable payment is required to reserve a watch.

  • Reservations are held for a maximum of 7 days.

  • If no follow-up confirmation is received within 7 days, the watch will be released for sale.

6. Product Images & Color Accuracy

  • Due to lighting, screen settings, and brand-edited images, actual product appearance may differ.

  • For clarity, you may request unedited, real pictures of the item before purchase.

7. "Like New" Watches

  • May come without original packaging.

  • Could have minor scratches or expired leather straps.

  • Sold at discounted rates and are non-returnable for minor imperfections.

8. Perfume Policy

  • Perfume purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.

9. Promo Code Terms

  • Only one promo code can be used per order.

  • Promo codes:

    • Must be entered correctly at checkout.

    • Cannot be used on past purchases or exchanged for cash.

    • May expire without notice.

    • May not apply to taxes, fees, or shipping.

10. Cookies
